Jane Thomas

Jane has progressed from a care assistant to a registered manager. She spent many years running a residential care home. Jane has the relevant qualifications required for her post, namely Level 5 QCF in Leadership Health & Social Care (Adults). Currently Jane is working towards her QCF level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership. Jane and Heidi work very closely together and share the same ethos and attitude.
