Heidi Charlton

The company is owned and manged by Heidi Charlton who is the Director and Responsible Individual. Heidi is responsible for ensuring that the company is run in an efficient and ethical manner and that it abides by U.K. and company law and by the codes of practice issued by CIW. Heidi was born in Wales but spent many years living in London. During that period she worked in Accountancy practice and moved on from that to run her own small bookkeeping company. Following the death of her mother in 2012 Heidi and her husband moved back to Wales. It was largely due to the reluctance of Heidi’s father to involve outside agencies in the care of her mother during her latter years that Heidi was inspired to set up 3 Circles Care. She aims to provide the standard of care and consistency of service which she would have wanted for her own mother. 3 Circles Care aims for the highest possible standards of service to clients. The company motto is: “Caring, compassionate and consistent” and we apply these ethics to everything which we do.
